What to expect:

After you submit your client/patient information, we will handle scheduling, consents, testing, and records forms, and will complete the report. The report will be submitted directly to the POC listed below in a HIPPA-Compliant Portal.

Note: We are able to currently see clients in less than one week and will have the report submitted to your clinic/agency within two to three days of the appointment.
